As a dietary supplement take 3 tablets before breakfast and lunch (or approximate time) and 3 tablets at bed time. Always take with 10 ounces of water.

  • Tablets may be taken more often as needed.
  • Do not exceed 9 tablets a day.
  • Use just 6 days a week.
