Serving Size: 3 Tablets Directions: As a dietary supplement take 3 tablets before breakfast and lunch and 3 tablets at bedtime. Always take with 10oz of water. Tablets may be taken more often if needed. Do not exceed 9 tablets per day. Use just 6 days a week. |
