What time do I need to order by for same-day shipping?

Orders placed before 1 PM GMT, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. We work hard to guarantee prompt service for all customers.

 

Yes, we provide a DPD courier service guaranteeing delivery within 48 hours (excluding weekends). For UK orders over £100, this express option is free of charge.

If your package is shipped with Royal Mail, you can request it be left in a secure location. You’ll receive a one-hour time slot via email for DPD orders.

Our team is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding bank holidays. You can email us at sales@goodhealthnaturally.com and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

 

For UK orders, we offer free postage on orders over £30 in product value. Please note, this may differ on practitioner, trade and international orders.

 

Unfortunately, these things happen from time to time. Give us a call during opening hours and we’ll do our best to resolve this.

If your package arrives damaged or you have a problem with the products received, this should be reported within 5 working days of receiving your items. Planting 2,000 Trees

Our big project for 2025 is planting 2,000 trees locally, a mission started by Robert, who believed passionately in taking care of our planet.
