Delivery Charges and Information

Standard delivery throughout Europe is dispatched as a tracked courier delivery by either GLS, FEDEX or DPD (depending on local availability) from our warehouse in Ireland.  Pricing is dependent on destination, and is shown at Checkout.  A mobile phone number and or email address are required for courier deliveries. Please respond to any communication you receive from the courier services regarding your delivery, to let them know if you want to have the parcel left in a safe place, leave with a neighbour, re-direct or change the day of delivery, if those options are available to you.

Please allow up to 21 working days to receive your order.  If your order has not been received within this time, please contact us.

Please note that deliveries may be subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions and are therefore sent at your risk. We have no control over any additional charges that may arise and we cannot predict their amount. We will not be responsible if products are delayed or not delivered to you due to seizures under customs or other restrictions. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us we will issue you a prompt refund less the delivery costs. If it is not returned to us we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging Import Duties and Customs Fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

 

Delivery of Products

Your order will be fulfilled as explained above, unless there is a delay due to circumstances outside our control. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products due to such circumstances. We will try to deliver all of the products in one order together, unless you have requested otherwise, but we reserve the right to deliver your order in instalments, for example if there is a delay on a particular product. If you request us to deliver in instalments, then we may charge you extra delivery costs at our discretion.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the delivery address that you specified.

We take reasonable care to ensure that the products and their packaging leave our premises in good condition. Please inform us immediately (no later than 7 days after receipt) by telephoning  +44 (0) 203 746 3283 or emailing sales@goodhealthnaturally.com if you find that the delivery does not include products you have ordered, or is incorrect or if any products are damaged upon opening the packaging.

Please see our Refund & Exchange Policy or our Terms & Conditions pages with regard to damaged or faulty products. All risk in the products that you order (including risk of loss or damage to the products) shall pass to you on completion of delivery. You own the products once we have received payment in full for them, including all applicable delivery charges.
